Most orders shipped to AK, HI, PR or APO and PO Box addresses will go US Priority Mail and may require additional shipping costs, depending on weight. In that case we will email the customer for approval of those additional charges before applying them. We ship with UPS, Spee-Dee Delivery (serving select areas in the midwest), US Priority Mail and US First Class Mail. Packages shipped to a business address are appreciated. Orders received by 12pm central standard time will usually ship on that day. We are currently shipping
only within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Our flat rate 2nd Day and Next Day service is only for orders weighing 10 pounds or less and does not include orders shipped to a PO Box or an APO address. It also does not include orders shipped to AK, HI or PR. If you know the order will be over 10 pounds or you would like your order shipped express to AK, HI or PR, please call us for a quote at 1-800-418-4842. If you are not sure, just submit the order and we will contact you if it weighs more than 10 pounds.
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8-5pm CST. We DO NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays or the following holidays... New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Chrismas Day.
All orders shipped within Minnesota will be charged a 6.5% sales tax,
all other orders will not be taxed.

be careful to give us your correct address. You will be charged a fee
of $6.00 for any order that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed
due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information
the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete
address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number, etc.),
you will be charged the $6.00 fee. We have to charge the $6.00 for incorrect
delivery information, because that is what UPS charges us.
If you would like
your package left at your house without a signature, please indicate that
when you order. If you do instruct us to deliver the package without having
someone sign for it (ex. "Please leave on front porch"), then
we cannot be responsible for missing packages that can be tracked to your
delivery address.
