PARACTIN® is a patented blend of standardized extract of Andrographis Paniculata containing a blend of Andrographolide, 14-Deoxyandrographolides, and Neoandrographolides. Preliminary research has shown PARACTIN® to stimulate immune response at low doses (25mg to 50mg/day) and promote healthy inflammatory response at high doses (175mg to 250mg/day). The supplier of Paractin® claims that, “this ingredient is clinically proven to reduce COX-2 enzymes by naturally inhibiting Nuclear Factor kappa B (NFkB).”3
