Love this stuff! Best deal around too. A raw food vegan when I use this and spirulina I know I'm getting my B12. Also recommended by my doctor to remove heavy metal toxicity. But the amounts she recommended would have been expensive in tablet form. I mix the powder with 16 oz of water, a tablespoon each of lime juice and spirulina powder (also from NOW) or I just toss it into a fruit smoothie, looks gross tastes great.

I just recently moved to New York City from the Northwest and was looking for some sort of anti-oxidant to combat what I felt was a higher degree of pollution/toxin/stress in my daily environment. After some research, I decided on Chlorella. I have been taking it daily for about 6 months. The main beneficial effect is I have not been sick once (not even the sniffles, and this is during Winter time). I live with other people who have been sick this Winter and I also work in Restaurants, so I've been impressed that I haven't contracted even a basic cold. I usually buy the pure powder (I haven't tried tablets yet) and mix it with water. But I definitely attribute my strong immune system to Chlorella, as I don't take any other supplements at this time.
