What is Cider Vinegar and what is it good for? NOW® Cider Vinegar Caps is a traditional weight loss formula used for decades to help the body’s natural metabolization of fat.
As with any diet support supplement, this product only works in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables and low in animal fats and sugars. It is not a magic bullet that will instantly cause you to lose that undesired weight. It takes time for your body to metabolize fat. It may take several months before your body metabolizes a sufficient amount of fat to be noticeable, and an unhealthy diet or lack of exercise will seriously hinder this product’s effectiveness.
How many Cider Vinegar caps should I take and when? Will I have gastrointestinal discomfort while taking this product? Optimally, you should take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily, 15-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not take in between meals, or forego eating for hours after you take this product.
Because Cider Vinegar is acidic, it may cause gastrointestinal discomfort if not taken as directed. You should also be sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily, exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables and low in fats and sugars.
