Fun fact: It's believed that the genus Mentha was named for the mythological nymph Minthe, who, according to Roman legend, was seduced by Pluto, then turned into a plant by his jealous wife. Pluto then turned Minthe into an herb, to be valued by generations to come.

I use Peppermint Oil as a mouse repellent for my home. Inside the house, I put a few drops of oil on a cotton ball and place in a small paper cup. I put these cups all over the house and in all closets. Smells great but mice hate it and leave. I also use it in a spray bottle and spray the beams in the attic to repel mice, squirrels and raccoons in my attic. They also hate it and leave but will return if you don't do this monthly.

I use Peppermint Oil as a mouse rellant. IT WORKS LIKE NOTHING ELSE! Leaves my house smelling fresh and energized and at the same time, the mice can't stand it, and leave. I have even began recommending Peppermint Oil to my friends and family as both a mouse repellant and a house rejuvinator!

I use a drop of peppermint oil in my tea. It is tasty and I feel good from the inside out. I also put it on a cotton ball and place it in my pillow to soothe me to sleep. I am purchasing more to give to my friends. Also, I quit drinking coffee and switched to peppermint oil tea. I have lost 15 lbs in 8 weeks. Thanks Geeks!

I have been using peppermint oil for the past 15 years. I seldom become ill and I attribute it to my daily use of peppermint oil. I have influenced everyone I know about the positive benifits and uses of this wonderful oil. I consume it, put it in toothpaste, body lotions, shampoos and conditioners. I burn it to make my home air feel good to our lungs. I vaporize it for a healthy respiratory system and great skin. I love it.

I was told that mice won't stay around peppermint smell. I put some on cotton balls and placed them in the corners of my garage. No mice in over 3 years. AND the health food store near me charges much more per ounce. If I buy the large bottle HERE, I save enough to get 4 ounces FREE. Even with shipping! Exact same brand!!

I have been using Peppermint Oil for the last 1 1/2 months on my feet. I seem to have a fungus behind my toenails and after 1 1/2 months the fungus has gone down in size to almost nothing. Eventually I pray that I will have normal toenails like any normal person. The Peppermint Oil is revitalizing my feet and giving me more circulation to where they do not go numb as often.
I also use the Peppermint Oil to put on my joints because of the Arthritis and it is wonderful.

This oil is FANTASTIC for repelling mice. I have a camper and have always had trouble in the winter with the mice coming in. Since using the peppermint oil I have not had one mouse come into the camper. I would highly recommend it to anyone that may be having trouble with mice in the winter.
