I've tried a number of other whey proteins and I think this one has some real advantages. 1. It is really tasty with no after taste, something most of the others can't claim. I especially like the vanilla because it goes well with literally anything you want to add to it. 2. Unlike Designers Whey Protein, it is extremely low in cholesterol. If you drink two two scoop shakes of DW you have drunk your entire day's allowance of cholesterol. You get 50g of protein from the NOW mix and 32g from DW but the scoops are bigger from NOW; if you figure the number of grams of the mix per serving and add that to DW to equal the number of grams of the mix in NOW, the two are pretty much equivalentl in protein per the grams per mix. 3. The NOW mix is cheaper per grams of protein than DW. I think the cholesterol was what turned me off of DW. It, too, was pretty tasty, but it did have more sugar also. All in all I think the NOW is truly delicious, better for you healthwise and cheaper to buy. Try it; you'll like it!
