Other Ingredients: cellulose capsule, Fibro Relief herbal blend, 540 mg/cap (Condurango bark, Couch Grass root, European Elder fruit, Fragrant Waterlily root, Lobelia herb, Sheep Sorrel herb), micro-crystalline cellulose.
Directions: Take 2 capsules three times daily. Results are usually felt within four weeks of continuous use, and increase with longer use. Once desired results are obtained, try 1 - 2 capsules daily for maintenance.
