Turkey Tail Mushrooms and Breast Cancer
Seven years ago, Fungi Perfecti joined with Bastyr University and the University of Minnesota in a study funded by the National Institutes of Health, to determine the potential benefits of our Host Defense® Turkey Tail mushroom product on the immune systems of patients with breast cancer in a study entitled "Clinical Trial of Trametes versicolor in Women With Breast Cancer". The results were announced at the 2010 International Integrative Oncology Conference. Fungi Perfecti is making the results of this study available to the general public for the first time.
