It is best to use a glass, pottery, or wooden bowl. I am a Shawnee Woman Shaman. My people have been using the clay for many generations. It is great for the skin, wounds, drawing out infections just to name a few. I keep several on the shelf because members of my family are always running out. No need for expensive antibiotic ointments and like. Save shelf space, healing clay is all you need.

I discovered this clay while working as an Esthetician at a day spa in Ft. Lauderdale. I have used it for 11 years for pimples or just to cleanse my skin to prevent pimples, always mixing it with organic apple cider vinegar....it's the best and so inexpensive. I have recommended this to anyone who complains about pimples or acne.
