Q- Are MycoPhyto® capsules less potent or effective than the powder form of the product?
A- Both MycoPhyto® Complex powder and capsules are equally effective. Powder however may be absorbed into the bloodstream more rapidly.*
Q- What is the difference between Ten Mushroom Formula® and Mycophyto® Complex?
A- Both Ten Mushroom Formula® and MycoPhyto® Complex medicinal mushroom products are designed to promote healthy immune function. MycoPhyto® Complex is a blend of 6 medicinal mushrooms, cultivated on a blend of immune enhancing herbs and botanicals. The herbal enhancement of the medicinal mushrooms contained in MycoPhyto® Complex results in a highly potent formula for immune support. The Ten Mushroom Formula® is a blend of 10 medicinal mushrooms cultivated on organic brown rice, and is designed for long term, daily immune support.*
Q- How does Mycophyto® Complex support and regulate the immune system?
A- MycoPhyto® Complex is formulated specifically to balance immune function, and is beneficial for both over and under active immune systems.*
Q- Does Mycophyto® Complex contain gluten?
A- No, MycoPhyto Complex®, as well as all EcoNugenics® products are gluten-free.
Q- Where does the Beta-glucan come from?
A- The Beta-glucan is derived from yeast - but the mushrooms also contribute a substantial amount of B-glucan, which is naturally occuring in the mushrooms.
Q- I have an allergy to mushrooms – can I take this product?
A- Yes, the mushrooms contained in MycoPhyto Complex® are non-allergenic, medicinal mushroom mycelium. For individuals concerned about Candida (yeast condition), the medicinal mushrooms contained in MycoPhyto Complex® are actually designed to support and balance this condition, and will not aggravate yeast related conditions.*
Q- Is MycoPhyto® Complex suitable for children?
A- No, MycoPhyto® Complex is not considered suitable for children due to the potency of the botanically enhanced medicinal mushrooms. However, Ten Mushroom Formula® is suitable for children's consumption.*
Q- Is Mycophyto® Complex suitable for consumption during pregnancy and lactation?
A- No, MycoPhyto® Complex is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. However, Ten Mushroom Formula® is acceptable during both pregnancy and lactation. In general it is recommended that pregnant women advise their health care provider of all dietary supplements they consume.*
Q- Where are the mushrooms grown?
A- All medicinal mushrooms contained in EcoNugenics' products are cultivated in a strictly controlled, certified organic environment in Northern California.
Q- Where are the herbs from?
A- The herbs utilized in the growing of MycoPhyto® Complex are from a variety of origins worldwide. All herbs however are tested for purity, quality, potency and are free of contaminants and toxins.
