Highly recommended!!! I have been taking this for more than 3 years under the supervision and recommendation of my Cardiologist. I have seen a good drop in my cholesterol, enough that I stopped taking Zetia, which is pretty expensive. I have never taken Lipitor or similar drugs because I play a lot of tennis and my Cardiologist was concerned with the common side effect of muscle pain. I have also recommended this to 2 friends who have taken it and seen very similar benefits as I have. One of them takes the version with CoQ10. Robert
