In many countries, people are living longer than ever before. However, a longer life span may also increase your chances of developing the chronic diseases that can accompany aging. Prevention is the key to improved health throughout your life. Diet is an essential element in any program of disease prevention. As scientists work to identify which foods and substances in foods may benefit health and prevent disease, an increasing amount of research attention is focusing on soy protein.

I have been having a Soy Protein shake in the morning for over a year. This product is not only the best value I have found, it actually tastes pretty good when I mix it with some orange juice. I have gained and maintained 20lbs of muscle since I started using this protein, plus it has other good health benefits that I enjoy.
I would recomment using a big plastic container (I use and 8 lb soy protein container) since it comes in a plastic bag.

Speedy shipping, great packaging, a Supro Superb Product! A great way to add soy benefits without all the sugar, flavorings, and fillers in the other products. I bought a large air-tight container. Between it and my everyday one, it fit perfectly! Blends great too! Also ordered 3 packages of the golden flax to put my total over $75 and got free shipping! Thanks for the great deal. Wish I'd ordered this to start with instead of trying a product from Sam's Club with a lot of sugar and less soy per serving. Highly Recommended:)

Good quality, great value. You'll want to add your own flavoring, like almond oil or chocolate powder, etc.
