As a wellness consultant, my opinion is that this is a Gold Standard supplement - all good and no harm. I take one during the day if I am agitated or upset and two at night for sleep. Everyone I have recommended this product to has loved it. Don't leave home without it!

This is a great product. After taking hormones for 16 1/2 years, my new Doctor didn't want me to take the chances associated with the pills. I had also stopped taking my paxil, which lead to 6 weeks of withdrawl symptoms. I surely did not want to go back on the anti depressants. I was crying, feeling like I wanted to tear up the world, and my everyday life was just not much fun. My wonderful health food store lady suggested Theanine Serene w/ Relora & GABA. I felt like a new person after the first two tabs.
I felt relxed and surine. Now, I'm not going to try to tell you I didn't still have a few hot flashes, because I did, but my day went so much better. I was really afraid my life was going to just be full of emotions, and I mean full. Today I was relaxed. I look forward to many more relaxed days, and I'm sure my family is looking forward to them also!

this product has been a godsend. dealing with adrenal exhaustion and additional stress, i'm calmed and sleep better. for me, the effects are so strong, i take only 1/4 tablet at night and when needed during the day, even less.
