The Thyroid gland is the primary metabolic regulator in our body. The Thyroid gland produces T4 and T3 with T4 being converted into T3 in the tissue. Coleus Forskohlii activates the enzyme adenyl cyclase which increases the amount of Cyclic AMP (cAMP). Cyclic AMP is a very important cell regulating compound which is involved in numerous cellular functions such as: increasing the force of heart muscle contraction, increasing insulin secretion, increasing fat metabolism, and improving thyroid function. Thermabolic provides 200 mg. of Guggul Lipid Extract per capsule which contains 20 mg. of the active ingredient Guggulsterones. Guggul is said to assist in the lowering of Cholesterol, help to detoxify tissues in the body, as well as promote healthy thyroid function.
