Trying to get this down was not easy, the taste and the feel of it were terrible but it works well if you need more greens in your diet. I mix it with a half cup of coffee and down it as fast as I can, for my oral health I do mix it with water and hold it for 2 minuets but the warmth of your mouth does makes it thick.
